I had a great stay, the services were excellent, and I'm glad I chose this place.

location : the hotel was very close to the restaurant and the beautiful castle and a quiet mountain. also, burg pyrmont event venue was 1 mile away. the room was spotlessly clean and huge with separate bathroom.

Friendly staff, check-in was a breeze, and check-out was seamless. 😊

I loved this great and lovely hotel. The staff is amicable, the services are friendly, and the location is beautiful, very close to three different castles, the major attractions of the Mosel region.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I had a great stay at Pastis! The self check-in process was convenient and easy to navigate. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I was able to explore the area easily, with Cohem Castle just a short drive away and Eltz Castle within reach. The big dining area and lounge room provided a comfortable space to relax. I highly recommend this hotel.

Over the Easter weekend, we stayed at a quaint hotel located in a serene and traditional area. The spacious room was well equipped with high-quality linen and towels while the breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful. The friendly staff provided us with a map to access the nearby castle and beautiful walks. parking was convenient on the street, and the check-in process was straightforward with the email instructions.

One inconvenience was the noisy agricultural machinery sounds from the nearby street. Another issue was the inaccessibility of shops, cash machines, and restaurants, requiring us to drive a few kilometers to the nearest town for amenities.

This hotel was a fantastic find! We loved the location and found it easy to get to three different castles in this area - Eltz castle was our favorite. The hotel was very clean and everything was in working order. The family room we stayed in was spacious and had a great bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bath. Breakfast was delicious with fresh bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit. The staff was helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the cooler with cold drinks and beer that we could pay for in the morning.

The hotel was perfect for our one-night stay. the room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a fantastic bathroom. We loved the complimentary breakfast which had a good variety, including some delicious pastries. the location was great, close to a popular attraction and in a charming village.

We were disturbed by loud noises from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is in a great location to visit three different castles in the area. You can easily access Eltz Castle as the hotel is close to it. If you need to find a restaurant, there is another hotel just a couple of blocks away that has a restaurant with friendly service.

The beds were very uncomfortable which made it difficult to have a good night’s sleep.
